KBUG AGM and Annual Dinner 2026

Attention all Kiama BUG members….

The 2026 Kiama BUG Annual General Meeting and Dinner will be held on Wednesday 22nd July, at the Oak Flats Bowling Club.

The function will commence at 6:00pm.

Our AGM will be held at 6:30pm, followed by Dinner at 7:00pm

Please review the information below – to either:

  • RSVP for the AGM and Dinner
    and/or
  • Nominate for the Kiama BUG Committee

Please RSVP by Monday 13th July.

There are 3 steps to follow as part of the RSVP process….
Step 1 – Pay your Kiama BUG membership

Annual Membership is $10.

Please make your membership payment by direct transfer from your bank account…

  • Account name: Kiama Bicycle User Group Inc
  • BSB: 032-689
  • Account No: 135138
  • ‘To’ Description: Include your name followed by the code ‘M26’ (eg F Nurk M26)
Step 2 – Complete the Membership Application Form

Following the above payment, please complete the Kiama BUG membership form, indicating that your membership has been paid…

If you are a member of Bicycle NSW, please add your BNSW Membership number to the above form. (This number is on the invoice received by email following your recent annual payment.)

If you require a printable paper membership form please contact a member of the Kiama BUG committee.

Step 3 – RSVP for the AGM and Dinner

Step 4 (Optional) – Nomination for Kiama BUG Committee
Committee

If you would like to contribute to the Kiama BUG ride schedules, trips away, and general group organisation and planning, consider nominating for the Committee.

The Committee is comprised of the President, Secretary and Treasurer, along with four committee members, and meets up to six times each year.

You may self-nominate and find a seconder for your nomination, or we will arrange for a seconder for you.

  • Nomination forms must be received by the Returning Officer (contact details on the form) by COB on Wednesday 15th July.
