Attention all Kiama BUG members….
The Kiama BUG Christmas Dinner will be held in conjunction with the 2021 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 30th November, at the Kiama Bowling Club.
The function will commence at 6:00pm.
The AGM will be held at 6:30pm, followed by the KBUG Christmas Dinner at 7:00pm
Regular COVID-safe club entry requirements will apply – ie vaccination certificates and masks will be required to enter the venue.
Please review the information below – to either nominate for the Kiama BUG committee, and/or to RSVP for the AGM and Christmas Dinner.
|AGM – Nomination for Kiama BUG Executive|
If you wish to serve on the Kiama BUG executive committee, you may self-nominate, in which case you may find a seconder for your nomination or we will arrange for a seconder for you. Nomination forms must be returned to either the Returning Officer (details on the form) or Kiama Cycles by COB on Wednesday 24th November.
Meals will be served alternatively.
$35 pp – Pay on the night
Options are also available for those with special dietary requirements.

If you haven’t already paid your membership for the new financial year (most already have), annual Kiama BUG Membership is due prior to the AGM (usually held in July).
