2020 AGM & Dinner – CANCELLED to due COVID risks.
Attention all Kiama BUG members….
The 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Kiama Bicycle Users Group (Kiama BUG) will be held at the Kiama Bowling Club on Tuesday 11th August 2020 – 6:00 pm for a 6:30 pm start.
This function has been organised in conjunction with the Kiama Bowling Club to comply with NSW COVID19 requirements.
The AGM will be followed by dinner, along with some compelling presentations and entertainment.
Please review the information below – to either nominate to serve on the KBUG committee, and/or to RSVP for the AGM dinner……
|Nomination for Kiama BUG Executive|
If you wish to serve on the Kiama BUG executive committee, you may self-nominate, in which case you may find a seconder for your nomination or we will arrange for a seconder for you. Nomination forms must be returned to either the Returning Officer (details on the form) or Kiama Cycles by COB on Friday 7th August.
Our meal, prepared by the club caterers, will be a set menu, placed alternately. Please advise Dianne (Secretary) of any special dietary requirements.
Cost is $25 per person. Please pay in advance directly to the Kiama BUG bank account:
